Pistachios
A Long History
Pistachios (Pistacia vera) originated in Central and Western Asia with over 3,500 years of cultivation history. They reached China via Persia (Iran) during the Tang Dynasty (approx. 1,300 years ago).
Named by Rainbow
The iconic Chinese name "Kai Xin Guo" (Happy Nut) was coined by our founder, Mr. Deng Yiyang. In the 1980s, when he first introduced these nuts to China, he found the scientific name too academic. Inspired by their resemblance to traditional Cantonese pastries like "Kai Kou Su" (Open-Mouth Pastry), he named them "Happy Nuts," symbolizing joy and good fortune.
Nutritional Value
Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, pistachios are low-fat and high-fiber. Known as the world's fifth-largest nut crop, they are celebrated for heart health and anti-aging benefits.
Macadamias
Heritage
Native to Australia, Macadamias were discovered in 1857. They were introduced to Hawaii in the 1880s and later became a globally sought-after premium nut.
Named by Rainbow
During a survey in Hawaii in the 1980s, Mr. Deng Yiyang noticed the immense popularity of these nuts. Upon introducing them to China, he named them "Xia Wei Yi Guo" (Hawaii Nut). Although botanically known as Macadamia, the name he created is now the standard term used across the Chinese-speaking world.
Nutritional Value
Often called the "Queen of Nuts," they are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (70%-79%) and essential amino acids, offering a unique creamy texture and exquisite flavor.

Badam/Almonds
Ancient Roots
Badam (Prunus dulcis) originated in Western and Central Asia and entered China during the Tang Dynasty. California is now the world’s largest producer after introduction in the 18th century.
Nutritional Value
High in plant oils (55-61%) and protein (28%), Badam contains 18 trace elements. In traditional culture, it is prized for its ability to enhance immunity and support respiratory and digestive health.
